Welcome to Soup Manifesto!
Herein I will write about making soup, cycling in and around Vancouver. And other subjects will be featured. I have interests in archaeology, history, hiking, books, and living in Vancouver. I consider myself to be quite fortunate to be living in this city despite how much it costs to live here. That raises another subject I will address in this blog, namely being as self-sufficient as possible. What exactly do I mean by that? To me it means finally learning how to make bread. Even ice-cream. And chicken pot pies, so that means learning how to make pastry, something I have long wanted to do.
